I was really happy with VectorBuilder's services for my PhD project, I had approached other companies to synthesise DNA containing my gene of interest, but none of them could manage thanks to some repetitive elements, even with codon optimising. Not only were VectorBuilder able to clone it perfectly but no codon optimising was required! I was also able to design and purchase lentiviruses for expressing said gene very easily and with a pretty quick turnaround of just a few weeks total, thanks to the efforts of my local VectorBuilder representative.
