Her name is Dr. Swati Roy, and she provided me excellent information regarding their products and vector designs. And then, we recently purchased CRISPR Cas9 dual gRNA vector. Now, we are ordering few more plasmid vectors. As per my experiences, VectorBuilder customer services are excellent and user-friendly.
